The purpose of the Product Support Team is to:
Primary function of the position:
The primary purpose of this position is to:prepare documentation accurately and within a timely manner
Preparation and distribution of documentation (primary function)
Responsible for delivering accurate and high quality documentation to retail travel agents and consumers (via travcour or electronic) in a timely manner
Identify when there is a shortage of passes (e.g. museum, transport, B & B), maps and other destination material and notify the relevant Product Manager or Team Leader in order to have sufficient stock
Documents to be sent out at least 14 days prior to passengers departing Australia (subject to receiving full payment on file within reasonable timeframe).
Rail documentation (back up)
Assist with the development of standard operating procedures in relation to the issuing of rail.
Documents to be sent out at least 14 days prior to passengers departing Australia (subject to receiving full payment on file within reasonable timeframe). Process a minimum of x rail tickets per day.
Tariff Loading (back up)
Load rates, images, and documentation notes from tariffs supplied in accordance with Product Managers or Product Maintenance Managers written brief.
Tariffs loaded to meet specifications contained in brief
Learning and Development
Actively participate in training sessions to acquire new knowledge and apply it to the role
Attendance of training sessions
Maintain an organized work station and ensure filing is up to date
