Assist top management with strategic change processes, Analyze and document the company’s internal processes Benchmark quality processes, Identify quality gaps and make recommendations to streamline processes and increase quality, Develop interims time and communications management processes (by hand), Research international communications management systems, i.e. Troy and facilitate the purchase of most suited system, Determine value drivers in business processes, Set-up financial controlling tools.
Communications, Media and Marketing:
Interview co-ordination, Accreditations, dissemination of media and press releases and general logistic arrangements.
As an intern you should be good with general logistics and organizational skills, excel sheets, and a high attention to detail.
Good written and spoken English. You should preferably have experience in this field, and be studying towards a degree in Media or broadcasting. You will need to be an energetic person with strong creative, communication and organisational skills. You will also need to be highly motivated and able to work as part of a dynamic team and contribute to present and future orientated projects.
