Kerntaken:Job Purpose/Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HRM intern to join our team. In this role you will be active in atrracting talents for company, enjoy a high level of client exposure, autonomy to innovate and implement your ideas to help you develop with us. As an HRM intern you will be active for us and our clients to support the day to day recruitment process. You will be consulting with and supporting the client/s in-house recruiters and hiring employees through that process, adding demonstrable value to it. You will work closely with our talent attraction team to ensure we deliver high quality recruits in the most cost and time effective manner. The key focus of this role will be to ensure that candidates we are delivering to the client business are of the best quality and fit for their organisation.
Vereisten:Technical skills and qualifications are obviously important. But alone theyâ€™re simply not enough. We need people who innovate, collaborate and execute. People who donâ€™t see problems, but solutions. People who really get things done.
