Kerntaken:

Under the responsibility of your supervisor, you will join a dynamic multicultural team and will be responsible for:

• Advise the client in a spirit of service and quality management (It can concern requests or complaints by phone, email or chat)
• Manage difficult or conflict situations by implementing conversation techniques taught in training
• Apply Operations Scripts and Procedures
• Retain prospects or customers through active listening, information tailored to their needs and personalized advice
• Represent the company in a professional manner and convey its image
• Verify the relevance and accuracy of any information before communicating with customers or prospects Actively participate in the development and achievement of corporate goals
• Consult immediately with your supervisor in case of any problems that may jeopardize the smooth running of operations

Vereisten:

• Mandatory excellent level of English and Dutch (spoken and written);
• University graduate, preferably with focus on business studies or graduates with proficient language skills;
• Competence in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer applications;
• A proactive approach to problem resolution;
• Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

Onze stages zijn ook zeer geschikt voor meerdere stagiairs, afstudeerders en/of duo opdrachten!!

Overige Info:

Monthly remuneration: Gross Fixed Base 1445 € p.m. + language extra 152 € for each language you master + Quality 152 € bonus (for attendance, punctuality, speech and writing quality) + Mutual insurance + Restaurant Access to + 50% refund of transportation costs. 36H per week spread over a time-frame of 8:00 to 8:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday) and 09.00 to 14.00 on Saturday. Ability to work some Saturdays of the month.
