Who are we?

Established in 1997 by the Dutch Consulate and a group of prominent Dutch businessmen, the association aims to provide a platform for its members to network, encourage and promote business links with other likeminded business men, business councils in the GCC region and the Netherlands. We undertake a wide range of activities with the objective to enhance business prospects and expose the Dutch business community. We are a non-profit local association under UAE law working under the umbrella of the Dubai Chamber. The association has grown to roughly 200 entrepreneurs, managers and executives in a large variety of industries. Many of whom regularly call on any of our 30 plus annual events.

Kerntaken:

The association is is looking for a motivated intern to join our team in Dubai. You will have the opportunity to own projects and develop a strong portfolio of work. 

Activities

• Searching and producing relevant content;
• setting up loyalty program/card for members;
• publishing on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram);
• creating event invitations and newsletters;
• updating our website with relevant information; and
• Supporting the business manager in her daily activities.

Vereisten:

Requirements

• Passionate about communicating and social media;
• up on the latest tools and techniques for getting the most out of online social media;
• an articulate writer and enjoy creating short and effective posts and tweets;
• ambitious and would like to develop in the field of marketing and communications; and
• Can work accurately and fluent in both Dutch and English.
