These interns will all be assigned to the business unit that organises business conferences mainly for the energy sector, handling conferences to be held mostly in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur. Opdrachtomschrijving:Marketing and Customer Service AssistantThis is an exciting role assisting marketing and operations functions to ensure fast collection of receivables and smooth liaison with clients, partners and suppliers, with support for flawless execution of events and general admin work. The internship provides opportunities for rregular professional training by colleagues with proven track records, direct and regular coaching by directors for another essential skill that no business professional can survive without - making sure clients pay for the sale! For each event we market for months to tens of thousands of potential clients and make the appropriate preparations as efficiently as possible. This is where you come in, help us make sure projects run within schedule, within budget. Sales Intern Another exciting role with unlimited earning potential, regular professional training by colleagues with proven track record selling in the millions in annual revenue, direct and regular coaching by directors for an essential skill that no business professional can survive without - persuading clients to confirm the sale! For each event we market to tens of thousands of potential clients - of these 1/3 would surely be saying yes, 1/3 would surely be saying no, and we use telephone calls to sway the middle 1/3 our way. This is where you will come in, with the undecided - you will get them on the phone and convince them to confirm their attendance. Research and Speaker Acquisition Assistant This is an exciting role working very closely with the Managing Director to confirm speakers for CXO-level and highly technical programmes for international and national oil companies such as ExxonMobil, Shell, Hess, Petronas, etc. Good springboard to familiarise with the drivers and dynamics of the oil and gas industry and interact and potentially meet/network with senior executives from these major organisations. Training and coaching provided. Target driven and must be able to work strictly within schedule.
